Job Requirements
- Operate machine at efficiency standard levels set by Menasha
- Set up machine for proper fold and glue
- Check product quality and for correct register
- Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha's and
- our customer's quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area
- Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary
- Direct crew members
- Rotate positions when needed
- Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
- Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements- quality is the responsibility of all employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
Qualifications:
- Machine Operating & Set Up Experience
- Ability to understand and complete functional mathematics
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without help
- Ability to bend, squat, push or reach overhead as needed.
