Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay During Training: $24.52/hour
Qualified Rate: $25.58/hour

Position Summary
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Labor & Machine Assistants. No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and offer opportunities for advancement, including forklift certification. In this role, you will support production operations, assist machine operators, and help produce high-quality corrugated packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Starting Pay During Training: $24.52/hour

- Day Shift: 6: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM
- Night Shift: 6: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM
- 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with machine setup and material handling.
- Remove, stack, and organize corrugated sheets from production equipment.
- Feed materials into automated production machinery.
- Band, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Support operations in departments such as Corrugator, Die Cut, and Joining.
- Operate equipment including unitizers, balers, and downstackers.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete production paperwork and load ticket documentation.
- Assist with material movement and general production support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- No prior manufacturing experience required.
- Paid training provided.
- Forklift certification opportunities available.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules as needed.
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work around moving machinery and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
