Description:
Ess en t i a l J o b F un c t i on sThe following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform the overall administration of Menasha Corporation H& W Benefit Plans
- Recommend changes or modifications to existing benefit programs
- Lead design and implementation of new benefits programs or policies
- Serve as liaison between the benefits department and third-party administrators (TPA), plant HR staff and employees, providing assistance and problem resolution for benefit plans
- Administer benefits enrollment and termination process
- Handles benefits related inquiries from internal customers
- Coordinate and carry out all plan compliance related work
- Utilize advanced excel abilities to conduct plan analysis, audits, adjustments, and reporting
- Work with TPA on plan documents and employee notices/education
- Participate in area and industry surveys
- Administer all benefit plan funding and file exchanges
- Keep current in all aspects of Human Resources through formal and informal training, participation in local and national professional organizations, continues learning and reading, and general professional curiosity
E du c a t i o n & Ex p e ri en c e- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with benefit plans
- Strong communication skills
Kno wle d g e, S k i l l s & A b i l i t i e s- Knowledge of benefit plan programs, processes, issues and considerations
- Ability to implement benefit plan programs
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws affecting benefit plan practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven record of exceling in detail-oriented work
- Ability to solve problems independently and ask questions as appropriate
Physical Requirements & Work Environment - Primarily works in an office environment
- Occasional travel
