Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Workday Learning & Talent systems administration: administer Workday workflows for learning and talent programs, including enrollments, completions, prerequisites, and recurrences; troubleshoot issues and document processes and SOPs.
- Reporting & analytics: build recurring dashboards (participation, completions, progress) and ad hoc analyses; drive data storytelling and the "why" behind trends.
- Participant experience management: provide clear guidance, resolve participant issues, and coordinate system connections to ensure smooth learner flow; oversee translation needs.
- Data quality and roster management: maintain accurate participant rosters, attendance, completions; partner with the L& OD Coordinator to reconcile data.
- Facilitator enablement: develop job aids, quick guides, and training to support facilitators and program teams using Workday Learning and talent processes.
- Operational support: provide backup execution for Workday tasks and program mechanics as needed.
Success Metrics / KPI's:
- Report timeliness and accuracy; data hygiene error rate below thresholds.
- Learner path completion rates and drop off diagnostics with actions taken.
- Time to resolution for participant/system tickets and training inquiries.
- Adoption of trainer enablement materials; reduction in repeat issues.
- Number of optimization changes and their impact on experience.
Skills & Competencies: - White glove communication and internal customer/participants care; professional internal facing presence.
- Curiosity and root cause problem solving; systems thinking.
- Translator mindset: convert technical/system details into clear guidance and strategic implications.
- Internal customer care and empathy; clear written and verbal communication.
- Data literacy and visualization basics; comfort with Excel/BI tools.
- Collaboration and facilitation with cross functional partners.
- Growth pathway into Workday Learning design and systems optimization.
Qualifications: - 3-5+ years in HR or business operations, HRIS/Learning systems (e.g., Workday Learning), or program administration.
- Hands on reporting/analytics experience and data storytelling.
- Preferred: Bachelor degree, system certifications
Collaboration & Interfaces: - Partners with Coordinator for rosters, attendance, and calendar alignment.
- Partners with Talent and L& OD Directors and Manager to translate business needs into system and reporting execution.
- Partners with HR Technology team for Workday system changes.
