Description:

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and building learning content for key functional programs, professional skills, and leadership training to support components of ManpowerGroup's talent strategy.

Be part of a growing team that will help shape consistent learning across a diverse group of brands and disciplines. The Instructional Designer works with various stakeholders to analyze audience and business need and offer innovative, engaging training solutions that drive performance. They will design, build and evaluate the learning.

• Conduct audience and needs analysis to design impactful learning solutions

• Design and develop learning in a variety of modalities.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment

Qualifications:

Required:

3 years in adult learning, training, or instructional design role • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Proficiency in multiple training modalities such as: document design, eLearning design tools, performance support technology, video editing, and graphic design.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Master's Degree in education or instructional design/technology

Relevant certifications related to design or facilitation •

Experience working with DAP technology

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
