Description:
*This is a hybrid position coming into our World Headquarters in Downtown, Milwaukee 3 days a week and 2 days remote*
The Executive Assistant will support our North America Leadership team within our Information Technology department. You will be responsible for providing proactive, well-organized and timely senior administrative support and executive representation to internal / external stakeholders.
• Manage, coordinate and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including and monitoring of key dates / deliverables and accountabilities.
• Execute all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel, expense submission, email monitoring) in seamless fashion.
• Plan and coordinate key executive and department events.
• Assist in the development and proofreading of executive correspondence and presentations.
• Provide an exceptional service experience through quality of work and positive communication with all external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
• Engages with internal and external stakeholders in a manner that demonstrates our deep knowledge of the World of Work, building our brand and increasing our share of voice.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years' experience in an administrative capacity
• High school Diploma
Nice to Have:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Experience supporting senior level business leaders in IT leadership
This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
