Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands’ End is a comprehensive development-based role, offering a hands-on opportunity to support the growth of our third-party/marketplace channel through data analytics and product content optimization. Interns will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure our marketplace presence is both high-performing and brand-consistent.

This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers relocation assistance.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Rising Senior, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a relates field.
  • Exceptional knowledge and ability to work fluently with Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in E-commerce, digital retail, marketplace operations.
  • Customer-focused, results driven, analytical.
  • Innovative, critical thinker with the ability to continuously operate strategically and cross-functionally.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing sales, traffic, and conversion data across marketplace platforms.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve assortment and partner performance.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs for business reviews and strategy sessions.
  • Audit product listings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Help optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for search and conversion.
  • Assist in onboarding new SKUs and ensuring timely updates to product content.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and digital teams to maintain content quality across platforms.
