Description:
*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. - Thurs.). The fourth week is fully remote.
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly creative—perfect for someone who understands what stops the scroll and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging social content. You’ll create, edit, and publish content that connects with our audience and brings our brand to life across social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social-first content—including video, photography, graphics, and copy—for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video and static content
- Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Marketing teams to support campaigns, launches, and key moments
- Keep a pulse on social trends, formats, and cultural moments and apply them in brand-relevant ways
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Assist with content calendars, posting schedules, and on-the-fly creative needs
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
Qualifications
- 2 – 4+ years of experience creating content for social media (brand or creator experience)
- A strong portfolio showcasing platform-native social content, especially short-form video
- Comfortable being hands-on from ideation to execution to posting
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and editing
- Familiarity with social trends, sounds, memes, and platform behavior
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, or similar
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- On-camera experience or comfort working with talent
- Experience with lifestyle, fashion, retail, or consumer brands
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills
- Experience with influencer or UGC content
