Position Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for confidential recruitment screening, interviewing and selection of new hires.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to assess candidates in relationship to the criteria needed to be successful employees.
• Excellent telephone techniques and overall communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Excellent human relations skills and the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Capability of planning and setting priorities with minimum supervision in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to promote Lands’ End and our job opportunities.
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and Excel.
• Available minimum of 12 hours per week.

Preferred Skills:

• One to two years’ experience within Recruitment, other Human Resources function, or leadership is a plus.
• Knowledge of current legal guidelines in the employment process is a plus.

Shift:

Flexible options to work 4-8 hour shifts between the hours of 9am-7pm CST 1-3 days per week. This position requires work from our Stevens Point facility.
