Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands’ End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Digital Merchandising career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Digital Merchandising while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers relocation assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to merchandise the product catalog to drive customer engagement, increase conversion and optimize search relevancy on all device types
  • Learn the email process including linking strategy and execution
  • Assist in planning and developing seasonal strategies, promotional events and regular site optimization
  • Provide analysis of key product categories’ performance and merchandising strategies for landsend.com
  • Identify, monitor and optimize search performance for a business category
  • Assist with marketplace related projects
  • Help support audit process for navigation, category and product pages, product recommendations and data integrity
  • Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
