Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands’ End is a comprehensive development-based role, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing area of the business.

The Cubic Dimension Analysis Intern will focus on understanding how product dimensions and packaging impact transportation, storage, and fulfillment efficiency. This role will provide exposure to data-driven supply chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives by analyzing cube utilization and identifying improvement opportunities across the network.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Interest in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to identify trends and inefficiencies in large datasets
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product cubic dimensions and packaging data
  • Identify inefficiencies in cube utilization across fulfillment and transportation
  • Develop recommendations to improve packaging or handling strategies
  • Support reporting and visualization of findings for leadership
