Join the compassionate team at Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living, where person-centered care and a home-like environment are at the heart of what we do. We’re seeking caring, dependable Resident Care Assistants for our night shift to help residents live with dignity, independence, and comfort.

Location: Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living, West Salem, WI

Schedule: Night Shift (10: 30 PM – 7: 00 AM), includes weekends and holidays

Pay: $19.06 – $22.89 per hour (plus $2.00 weekend differential)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt


What You’ll Do

Provide assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and housekeeping.

Administer medications safely following regulatory and facility guidelines.

Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition.

Support residents during recreational and social activities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.

Drive residents to community events or appointments as needed.

Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and strong communication skills every day.

What We’re Looking For

Compassionate caregivers who value dignity and respect for every resident.

Ability to follow care plans, document observations, and work collaboratively with nursing staff.

Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and resident mobility (up to 50 lbs).

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Must be at 18 years of age.

Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with older adults or individuals with dementia, mental illness, or developmental disabilities.

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

CNA or CBRF Certified.
