Your JobKBX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI. This individual will oversee the invoicing process, monitor customer payments, manage customer relationships, and ensure the growth and motivation of the accounts receivable team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining positive customer relations, reducing overdue balances, and fostering a productive work environment.

What You Will Do- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the accounts receivable process.
- Lead a team responsible for timely invoicing and collecting on accounts.
- Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and timely collections.
- Develop and adhere to an escalation process for past due accounts to create visibility of aging and collection concerns to other stakeholders in the business.
- Provide cash application instructions for payments that are unapplied to ensure organization and appropriately record invoices to payments.
- Provide support to the onboarding team during the setup process for new customers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Oversee reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in AR management.
