This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include: Build and maintain working knowledge across all deposit operations functions to effectively evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve customer experience.Serve as a day-to-day resource and escalation point for Deposit Operations staff and frontline teams by providing timely guidance, research, and resolution of complex or time-sensitive issues, helping minimize disruption and maintain consistent service quality.Partner with the VP of Deposit Operations to coordinate departmental scheduling and provide task coverage as needed, maintaining workflow continuity, completing required tasks, and consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Serve as systems administrator for key third-party deposit and digital banking platforms, maintaining system functionality, access controls, and operational reliability.Manage the Deposit Help Desk queue by prioritizing and resolving requests such as TCR, ITM, ATM, and Instant Issue support, helping maintain timely resolution and minimize service disruptions.Provide advanced technical support for deposit-related systems and digital banking services, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and helping restore functionality and limit operational impact.Conduct data-driven workflow analysis to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement, strengthening operational performance and control effectiveness.Lead and support the implementation of streamlined, scalable workflows across Deposit Operations and partner departments, improving consistency, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.Organize and facilitate monthly Branch and Operations calls to share insights, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement in branch performance and customer service.Coordinate internal and external audits, by preparing materials, communicating with auditors, and delivering requested documentation on time, supporting efficient audit execution and successful outcomes of remediation plans.Monitor and evaluate deposit operations processes to maintain alignment with applicable regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards strengthening control effectiveness and reducing compliance risk.Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to address findings and strengthen operational controls, supporting continuous improvement and a strong risk management framework.Own and maintain branch procedures related to deposit operations, partnering with Retail leadership to identify gaps, standardize practices, and develop targeted training that improves operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality across teams.Partner with Marketing to support customer communications related to deposit process changes, system updates, and new products or services, helping promote clarity, awareness, and a positive customer experience.Assist in planning and executing cross-departmental projects, supporting alignment with organizational strategy and advancing key business objectives.Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital and deposit products, system capabilities, and user experience enhancements, supporting informed decision-making and operational effectiveness. This is a regular full-time, hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8: 00 am to 5: 30 pm CDT Monday through Friday. Our recommended and preferred qualifications are: Associate degree in a related field or four to six years of relevant experience in banking operations, regulatory compliance, or customer records management; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, licenses, and/or certifications.Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Solid working knowledge of deposit operations, digital banking services, and applicable regulatory requirements.Deep knowledge of ACH rules, regulations, and industry best practices.Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance overall performance.Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), National Check Professional (NCP), or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.Demonstrate working knowledge of Jack Henry Core systems, Banno Mobile & Online Banking platform, and ancillary systems such as E-Statements Interactive (ESI), Jack Henry Pay Center, Zelle/Early Warning Systems, iPay, SmartPay, Jack Henry Card Procession Solutions (CPS).
