Product Testing Technician | 1st Shift | $1, 500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21.05 - $26.49/hour (based on progression and experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM

About the Role
As a Product Testing Technician, you'll perform analytical testing on raw materials and finished products to support product development and quality assurance. You'll collect data, follow test procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Hoffmaster continues delivering innovative, high-quality products.

What You'll Do
  • Perform testing on raw materials and finished goods
  • Follow test procedures and document accurate results
  • Communicate findings and suggest improvements
  • Assist in complaint investigations and new product trials
  • Support product innovation through data collection and analysis
  • Maintain testing inventory and equipment
  • Provide training and lab support as needed
  • Communicate with plant engineers, quality, and product development teams
  • Interface with external testing labs and support on-site R& D efforts

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience working in a quality lab preferred
  • Basic math skills and technical reading comprehension
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and perform non-routine testing and documentation
  • Occasional travel to other Hoffmaster sites may be required
