Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Material Handler to support our manufacturing team in Clintonville, WI.
No experience required — we provide paid training in a clean, safety-first environment.Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21 hr
Bonus: $1, 500 Sign-On Bonus — $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Days | 6: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM
Position: Full-time, Direct-Hire
How you will make an Impact: - Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely
- Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage or staging areas
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Use RF scanners to track materials
- Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment
- Support team-based material movements (plates, napkins, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures
The Essentials: - High school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule
- Basic math and reading skills
- Safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude
