Job Status: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $26.65/hour (higher based on experience)
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation & BenefitsPay & Bonuses: - Base pay starts at $26.65/hour (higher based on experience)

You'll work
12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern: - Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday → Off Wednesday, Thursday → Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Off Monday, Tuesday → Work Wednesday, Thursday → Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday
This means you'll work
just 14 days per month and enjoy
built-in long weekends every other week! Primary PurposePerform all facets of maintenance, repair, installation, and modification to company equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Essential Functions - Perform grade or product changeovers on machine centers, including Flexographic Printing Presses, Converting Folders, Formers, packaging equipment, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical, electrical, power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities following published PM schedules.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the computer tracking system for preventive maintenance, work orders, labor tracking, and spare parts inventory.
- Lead maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Follow GMP and SQF guidelines, reporting any food safety issues to a supervisor.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Train and support employees as needed.
Equipment Operation Includes but is not Limited to: - Drill Press, Hydraulic Press
- Wire, Stick, Aluminum Welder, Threading Machine
- Milling Machine, Lathe, Grinders, Sanders
- Metal Cut-off Saw, Band Saw
- Power Transmission Equipment, Pumps
- Forklifts, Air Compressors
- Numerous powered/non-powered hand shop tools
Job Requirements - Three to five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, or an Associate's degree in Electro/Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Robotics (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated skills in fabrication, machining, and mechanical upgrades
- Proficiency in shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and measurement devices for:
- Equipment assembly, disassembly, machining, fabrication, rebuilds, installation, adjustments, modifications, and alignment
- Cutting, welding, pipefitting, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize workload, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective reading, comprehension, communication, and task execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed for vacation relief, vacancies, or business needs

Physical & Sensory Requirements Physical Demands - Frequent: Standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, working above shoulders, working below waist level
- Occasional: Carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing/balancing
- Lifting Requirements:
- Frequent: 0-35 lbs
- Occasional: 36-100+ lbs
