Napkin Assistant - Day Shift (6am-6pm)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Progression Assistant:
  • Start Pay: $19.48/hour
  • After 90 Days: $19.85/hour
  • After 6 Months: $20.23/hour
  • After 12 Months: $20.98/hour

Pay Progression Operator:
  • Start Pay: $23.92/hour
  • After 90 Days: $24.92/hou r

Paid Time Off:
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • 112 vacation hours annually (accrued at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
  • 36 Hours of Flex time per year (prorated in the first year)

2-2-3 Rotating Shift - 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM)

2-2-3 Schedule Example:

Week 1:
  • Work: Monday & Tuesday
  • Off: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2:
  • Off: Monday & Tuesday
  • Work: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

This rotating pattern provides built-in days off, a consistent schedule, and every other weekend free.

Job Overview:
We're hiring a Napkin Operator to support our production operations. This is a physically demanding, and fast-paced role — ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities: (Assistant)
  • Remove full napkin bags from the machine
  • Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck)
  • Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed
  • Keep pace with fast production output
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines

Key Responsibilities: (Operator)
  • Operates folder press.
  • Understands how to make adjustments to machine speeds, plow and angle finder, borders and cutoffs.
  • Understands how to adjust gearbox, vacuum, nip and pull rollers and product counter.
  • Able to set up and adjust pocket fold, guest towel, 1/8 fold and ¼ fold.
  • Performs change over's to different products. (Tray and vacuum set up, change fingers, and adjust stroke and timing of fingers).
  • Accountable for quality of work.
  • Preps raw material rolls for placement on unwind stand. Loads rolls onto unwind stands. Thread tissue through machine. Address splices as necessary.
  • Performs documentation as necessary for folder press output.
  • Responsible for personal safety.
  • Responsible for accurate and complete exchange of information with in coming crew.
  • Responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be comfortable with physical work including:
  • Twisting and turning
  • Lifting and stacking
  • Operating a pallet jack
  • Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Napkin Printing experience preferred
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure. Compute ration, rate, and percent.
  • Able to read safety rules, instructions in the use of maintenance shop tools and equipment, methods of procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work.
  • Able to write reports with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar using all parts of speech.
  • Able to read instructions for assembling and disassembling equipment and/or machinery.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
