Table Cover Operator - Day Shift (6 AM-6 PM) Location: Clintonville, WI

Pay & Schedule: - Shift: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts: 6: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM)
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hour (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Yearly attendance and anniversary bonuses
Paid Time Off: - 11 paid holidays per year
- 112 vacation hours annually (accruing at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
- 24 hours of sick time annually (prorated in the year of hire)
- 1 paid wellness day per year

Responsibilities: - Set up and operate machinery per order specifications Wikipedia+2Recruiting.com+2SHRM+2
- Load parent rolls onto the machine
- Make basic machine adjustments (speed, length, wind-up, ruffling, folding)
- Safely clear machine jams
- Monitor product quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment
- Report material usage and labor data
- Ensure all safety devices are functional before operation
- Follow GMP and SQF guidelines; report any food safety issues
- Train and support team members as needed
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule: - Week 1: Work Monday-Tuesday, Off Wednesday-Thursday, Work Friday-Saturday-Sunday
- Week 2: Off Monday-Tuesday, Work Wednesday-Thursday, Off Friday-Saturday-Sunday
This pattern means you'll work just 14 days per month, with every other weekend off.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- Factory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate machinery (e.g., table skirt, form fill & seal, carton labeler)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines
Protective Equipment Required: - Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Steel-toed shoes

Physical Demands: - Occasionally lift 21-50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and working below waist level
