Pay: $18.50/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential = $19.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1, 500 total ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days, $500 after 1 year)

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time 3rd Shift Machine Assistants to join our Clintonville, WI manufacturing team.

No experience required — paid training provided!
What You'll Do

• Assist operators in manufacturing high-quality paper plates, bowls, and napkins
• Load, monitor, and replenish raw materials and packaging
• Remove finished products from accumulators and pack cases
• Label and verify UPC and carton accuracy
• Clear jams and assist with basic equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow GMP and food-safety guidelines
• Report issues to operators, maintenance, or supervision

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Team-player attitude and attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
