Primary Purpose of the Role

Accountable for timely and accurate execution of custom print layouts for disposable paper products, as well as preparing final pre-press files for digital, letterpress, flexo and offset printing. This work will maintain and be consistent with the quality standards set forth by this company. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite software.

Essential Job Duties

• Layout and adjustment of digital art files to create proofs of customer printed paper products for customer approval
• Use of Macintosh computer systems to execute color separations and trapping using Adobe Create Suite and Hybrid Cloudflow for letterpress, offset and flexo prinitng.
• Responsible for electronically sending PDF files to outsourced printing vendors
• Handle multiple projects with fast turnaround times meeting constant deadlines, Including overtime when necessary
• Work in a team environment while communicating effectively with Graphics, Marketing, Sales and other internal departments
• When Manager in unavailable, be able to analyze problems and take correct measures on press issues, ordering supplies, proofing, and expediting production artwork as needed
• Fine art skills are a plus

Required Skills/Abilities

• Design & Illustration skills are a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In Design software.

• Ability to manage multiple project requests on a daily basis while meeting due dates on a consistent basis.
• Some formal education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
