Requirements:

Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials. Examples include distribution, storage of materials and cycle counting as required. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, inspection; request fulfillment; movement of materials; ensuring physical inventory counts are accurate and maintaining inventory records using various material tracking systems.

Job Family Definition:

Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, and supplies. Examples include receiving, distribution, storage of materials and cycle counting programs. Responsibilities may include inspection; kitting; movement of materials; ensuring physical inventory and maintaining designated inventory records using various material tracking systems.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed knowledge of job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs varied and general tasks involved in controlling inventory; receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, and supplies, (e.g. movement of materials through the use of pallet jacks)
  • Supports intermediate-level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
  • Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process- oriented tasks to support inventory control and materials management activities.
  • Identifies basic- to complex level functional process anomalies (e.g. inventory control, receiving, conducting cycle counts) and seeks guidance for resolution.
  • Supports the training of new hires.
  • Follows detailed documentation and instructions to ISO standards to execute a variety of process- oriented tasks to support inventory control and materials management activities.
  • Committed to a high level of Internal and External Customer Satisfaction.
  • Work to achieve departmental and company success.
  • Understanding of and able to work within a team-based work environment, able to perform clear and concise communication, and understands the urgency to keep production orders flowing.


Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in materials and/or distribution.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong technical knowledge specific to business function.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong, Clear and Effective Communication written and verbal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and proactively contribute to the team's success. Develops mutually productive relationships by providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Attention to Detail, Precise, detailed communication, Computer literate

USD Hourly: $15.82 - $33.65
