Description:

Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a contribution motivated IT Manager to oversee the strategy and delivery team responsible for engineering and capital project management application portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity interface with various business functional leads to influence, advance, and transform our work processes and tooling to more effectively deliver on capital investments.

LOCATION: GREEN BAY, WI (HYBRID)

What You Will Do
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, anticipating and cultivating skillset needs.
  • Application Ownership: Partner with the business to oversee the roadmap and support of a portfolio of applications, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a $3 million per year license portfolio, ensuring cost-effective utilization and compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strong business partnerships to develop a shared vision and focused priorities, driving collaborative execution strategies.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Understand and connect to the business opportunities, lead technical innovation initiatives, leveraging creative problem-solving skills to drive value creation through transformation and modernization.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing operations background experience
  • Proven leadership experience building and facilitating highly leveraged teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with peers, internal customers, and external partners
  • Experience managing high performing cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, managing priorities, and fostering collaborative and productive work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to execute platform roadmaps in conjunction with ever changing business priorities and economic conditions


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Knowledge of the Autodesk portfolio of engineering tools
  • Experience with portfolio and project management tools such as Ecosys
