Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and monitors each purchase order to ensure timely product delivery.
• Manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls from customers and vendors.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Monitor supplier acknowledged dates and manage them in the company ERP system.
• Actively follow up with suppliers to verify dates for critical components.
• Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
• Work with procurement team to ensure all purchase orders are acknowledged with expected delivery dates.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers as needed.
• Key resource for expediting shipments and other resources.
• Participate in production scheduling to ensure components arrive timely to meet customer deadlines.
• Utilize company ERP and reporting tools to focus on resolving critical component delivery issues
• Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is desired, not required.
• Prophet 21 (P21) experience helpful but not required.
• Experience in a customer service or procurement role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills needed.
