What Youll Do In this role, youll be a technical leader and subject-matter expert, driving development and continuous improvement across our Fluid Systems portfolio. Youll collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to bring high-performance products to life. Key responsibilities include: Leading development, qualification, and launch of new proprietary and customer Fluid Systems products.Ensuring designs meet customer needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, CARB, ANSI/OPEI, SAE, FMVSS).Managing validation testing, certifications, regulatory documentation, and EPA CDX submissions.Providing hands-on applications engineering support for fuel systems, reservoirs, caps, fittings, venting solutions, materials, and additives.Partnering with Manufacturing and Quality to improve cost, performance, reliability, and process capability.Supporting customer technical inquiries, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.Collaborating with Sales on new business opportunities, technical presentations, and customer visits.Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, labs, and industry partners. #FLAMBEAUHIGH
