Summary - basic function of the role The Product Commercialization & Go-To-Market Intern will support the Product Management function in planning and executing new product launches across global markets. This role provides hands-on experience in commercialization, cross-functional coordination, and go-to-market readiness - with opportunities to work directly with product managers, marketing, engineering, and operations. The intern will play a key role in organizing launch materials, facilitating internal communication, and contributing to the successful introduction of new Enerpac products.
Shift: Flexible, part-time hours within standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m.).
Schedule will be coordinated based on business needs and candidate availability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization plans for new product launches.
- Assist Product Managers in coordinating cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and communication plans to ensure on-time, on-quality launches.
- Contribute to the preparation of training materials, launch presentations, and internal/external communications.
- Gather and organize Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and competitive insights to support positioning and product improvement efforts.
- Support data analysis related to launch metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of product messaging, visuals, and promotional materials.
- Participate in meetings and product reviews; summarize action items and ensure follow-up completion.
- Provide support at trade shows, field demonstrations, or customer visits related to new product introductions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Product Management and Commercialization functions.
Some travel may be required (up to approximately 10%) to support launch initiatives, training sessions, or customer demonstrations.

Education and Experience - Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with CRM, PLM, or project management tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors beneficial.
Physical Demands Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites. Position may require travel up to 5% of time depending on assigned projects. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations. Employee is able to work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time.
Work Environment Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting but may also be visiting different manufacturing facilities where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in the office and elevated levels of noise on the plant floor.
