Human Resources Co-Op

Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-Op to join our team. This role will begin as a part-time co-op during the school year, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. This co-op offers hands-on experience across all areas of Human Resources, making it an excellent opportunity for students pursuing HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operationsAssist with talent acquisition, including job postings, screening, and interview coordinationParticipate in onboarding and orientation processesProvide administrative support for benefits, compliance, and employee documentationAssist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projectsMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsCollaborate with HR team members to support department goals and ongoing initiatives What Youll Gain Exposure to the beauty & wellness industry and its unique HR needsHands-on experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, and general HR operationsInsight into multi-location HR support and workforce planningOpportunities to contribute to real projects that impact the employee experience
