Schedule: 7: 30am-4: 00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE

What You'll Do:

Support daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth material flow and accurate inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as backup support for shipping and receiving operations
• Process and complete ERP transactions accurately and in real time
• Unload incoming trucks and verify received materials against documentation
• Prepare, skid, and package outgoing customer orders
• Pick and stage parts for production and shipment
• Move incoming materials to designated stock locations
• Pick up and deliver parts between departments or external locations as required
• Perform mechanical sub-assembly production tasks as needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform basic building maintenance tasks
• Assist with other operational duties as required to support team objectives

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Basic computer skills; ERP system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to take initiative and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
