ENV 120 | Conservation and Environmental Improvement Course: A study of global natural resources and methods used in conservation. Includes the basic concepts of ecological biology including interactions between the living and the non-living elements of the environment, concepts of energy transformation in physical and biological systems, the nature of the Earth's ecosystems, and the implications of continued growth of the human population. Emphasis is placed on human environmental concerns and methods to be used to study and alleviate human environmental problems. Section A: 8: 00 a.m. - 9: 50 a.m. | Tuesdays, Thursdays | On Campus Term: Spring 2027 (January 19 - May 4). Qualifications: A graduate degree in Environmental Science (M.S. or Ph.D.) or related field. Official transcripts dueupon hire. ENV 120L | Conservation and Environmental Improvement Laboratory Course: Lab component for ENV120, astudy of global natural resources and methods used in conservation. Section A: 10: 15 a.m. - 1: 05 p.m. | Thursdays | On Campus Section B: 1: 20 p.m. - 4: 10 p.m. | Thursdays | On Campus Term: Spring 2027 (January 19 - May 4). Qualifications: A degree in Environmental Science or related field. Graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred. Official transcripts due upon hire. ENV 277 | Natural Resource Management Course: The course provides an introduction to the biological and social aspects of renewable and nonrenewable natural resource management. In addition to the management of fisheries and wildlife populations and their habitats, emphasis will be placed on forestry, vegetative communities, and non-renewable (fossil fuel) natural resources. Section A: 8: 00 a.m. - 9: 50 a.m. | Tuesdays, Thursdays | On Campus Term: Spring 2027 (January 19 - May 4).
