Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements CPA Preferred

Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, patient, associate, community, agency, company information and records.
Directs, oversees and is responsible for the activities of their team within the Accounting department. Ensures that team is meeting month-end close deadlines and all other deadlines. Reviews and understands balance sheet account reconciliations, financial statements and other analyses to ensure the issued product is accurate, complete and timely. Ensures all Accounting entries are properly accounted for under generally accepted accounting principles. Works with finance leaders in operations and other departments to collect appropriate financial transactions. Prepares monthly financial reports to be provided to senior leadership; provides additional analysis as required. Performs month end reporting of financial results to internal management on a routine and ad hoc basis. Completes ad hoc requests for financial data to all functional areas within the company. Recommends and leads the implementation of changes to improve current processes. Performs accounting research as necessary. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Counsels and disciplines employees to guide development of the individual while enforcing productivity standards. Contributes to the team effort by personally assisting with routine department tasks/activities when needed. Establishes and maintains effective rapport with all levels of management. Assists operational areas in understanding and comprehending their financial results and related metrics. Uses sound judgment and experience to make decisions and resolve complex issues. Knows when to seek higher level approval before making certain decisions. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.
