WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver outstanding guest service through timely and accurate processing of paperwork in vehicle purchases and leases
• Support and coach the sales team through the paperwork and title process
• Work directly with banks and lenders in processing vehicle purchases
• Process vehicle cost and down payment checks
• Handles the legal transfer of documents for the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday shifts either 9: 00 am to 5: 00 pm or 11: 00 am to 7: 00 pm, Friday 9: 00 am to 6: 00 pm, Saturday 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm. Rotating weekday/Saturday off.
Salary pay of $39, 000-47, 000/year based on relevant experience.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Experience working in a dealership loan and title position is preferred
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
• Experience working in Google Drive is preferred
• Experience working within document management systems is preferred
• Previous Administrative experience is preferred
