Job Overview

Bachmann Pools & Spas is seeking a dependable, motivated Delivery & Installation Team Member to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will safely deliver, set up, and install premium wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and saunas at customer homes.

This position combines logistics, technical installation, and customer service. Team members work collaboratively to ensure each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Installation

  • Operate company delivery vehicles, trailers, and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Load, transport, assemble, and install hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and related accessories at customer locations.

  • Ensure products are properly positioned, leveled, and ready for customer use.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during delivery or installation.

  • Assist team members with maneuvering large products safely into place.

• Customer Service

  • Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after delivery.

  • Answer basic product questions and ensure customers understand setup and next steps.

  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor to create a strong customer experience.

• Documentation

  • Accurately complete delivery records, proof of delivery, and required paperwork.

  • Utilize company-issued tablet for documentation and reporting.

• Safety Compliance

  • Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.

  • Use proper lifting techniques and provided safety equipment.

  • Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment.

• Product Knowledge

  • Develop a working knowledge of Bachmann products to better assist customers during installation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (75+ lbs.) safely and repeatedly throughout the day.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet scheduled delivery timelines.

• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist in various tasks.

• Experience in delivery, installation, or logistics is preferred but not required.

• Forklift Operator Certification is preferred.

• A professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime as needed based on service volume and customer demand

Work Location

• Based out of Watertown, WI

• Daily travel to customer homes and job sites throughout the region

• Company vehicle provided during business hours

• Must be comfortable with regional travel
