Auburn Ridge is hiring a Lumber Production Operator in Marshall, WI. This is a full-time position.

Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry, millwork, and building products for residential builders. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented TruCut Saw Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate our TruCut saw to produce precision-cut lumber components that help our customers build quality homes. Read shop drawings and cut sheets to ensure accurate cuts. Inspect finished products and prepare completed orders for delivery. Organize and bundle cut lumber for the production process and job sites. Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any repair needs. Help reduce material waste and report material shortages or quality concerns. Record production information and completed work. Work closely with the production team to keep orders moving efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Four or more years of woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Experience reading shop drawings or production plans. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
