If so, then you need to apply for the Full Time Home Equity Loan Processor position we currently have available at our Operations Center in Onalaska, WI.
As a Home Equity Loan Processor, the duties will include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will be required to have a high school diploma, GED or HSED and one (1) year of general lending experience. Previous home equity lending experience would be a plus, but not required. Altra would like our candidates to have a good understanding of credit union polices, systems, documents, home equity vendors, NCUA regulations, and other laws pertaining to home equity/mortgage lending. Knowledge of home equity/mortgage lending software programs and applications is preferred, but not required.
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; between the hours of 8: 00 a.m. and 5: 30 p.m. Position may require occasional Saturdays from 8: 00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m.
