In this role, you will lead the Capability and Development Portfolio for the Manufacturing Plant including all Support functions. Manage and Coordinate all Training Needs identified – planned and adhoc. Manage learner programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Training Needs Analysis with Departmental Leaders.

  • Implement, Coordinate and Execute Plant Training Plan/s.

  • Manage Training Financial Budgets.

  • Liaise with External Training Providers to deliver on Training Needs.

  • Coordinate Legislative Training for employees.

  • Design and maintain Skills Matrices for all employees.

  • Ensure system compliance and Skills Development uploads.

  • Development & maintenance of training documentation:

  • Support the design of Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Coordinate Competency Declaration.

  • Facilitate Courses within skills set scope.

  • Follow-up, evaluate and provide feedback on training

  • Support Plant Employee External bursary applications

  • Support Operational team with succession planning

  • Participates in ISO and Compliance audits

  • Provide information for WSP, ATR, BBBEE and EE submissions

  • Manage Talent & Skills learner programs.

  • Support all internal and external audits.
