L& T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

To drive growth of IEC 61439 compliant panel solutions across the East Zone by managing TI / Enersys authorized panel builders, owning customer relationships, and acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.

The role focuses on spec-in, solution selling, partner enablement, and tender support to achieve budgeted sales targets.

  • Achievement of East Zone sales targets for IEC 61439 panel solutions
  • Strengthened panel builder ecosystem with improved conversion ratio
  • Increased spec-in and consultant influencer penetration
  • Higher customer confidence in TI / Enersys panel solutions
  • Improved win rate in competitive tenders


Periodically review TI / Enersys panel builders' performance against sales targets and pipeline.

Identify gaps in:
  • Technical capability
  • Commercial approach
  • Market coverage
Conduct product, solution, and application trainings to enhance partner competence.

Support new panel builder onboarding, approvals, and capability development.

Work with Internal: Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing

External: Panel Builders, Consultants, EPCs, End Customers

Skill set Required:

Technical
  • Strong working knowledge of IEC 61439 LV panel standards
  • Understanding of LV switchgear, protection devices, busbar systems, and panel configurations
  • Ability to interpret SLDs, GA drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications


Behavioural
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics )

Experience: 4-10 years
