What you will do at the Y: You'll be the go-to resource for families, helping them navigate registration, financial assistance, and program updates with confidence and care. You'll also maintain accurate records, coordinate enrollment details, and partner with program staff to keep our Before & After School and Day Camp programs running smoothly. Job duties/Responsibilities Welcome and assist families with program registration and enrollment. Help families navigate waitlists, financial assistance, and program changes. Maintain accurate participant records and program rosters. Ensure required forms and enrollment paperwork are complete. Partner with program staff to support a seamless family experience. Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person. Support registration for Before & After School programs and YMCA Day Camps. Help prepare reports and keep program information organized and up to date. Responsible for maintaining computer data base to ensure accurate and current information. Provide backup support for positions within office.
