PC Technician II who can put their technical skills to work ensuring our teams have the reliable tools they need to save lives.
In this role, you'll take on advanced responsibilities in end-user support-performing detailed hardware diagnostics, maintaining accurate hardware inventory, and creating standardized PC images. You'll also contribute to long-term efficiency by writing and maintaining SOPs that keep our IT operations running smoothly.

As a PC Technician II, you'll get to: - Configure, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, serving as a resource for peers.
- Review new desktop technology and recommend hardware and software solutions to improve performance.
- Manage inventory of parts and data processing equipment, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Monitor and update trouble tickets, document resolutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Lead or assist with hardware/software upgrade projects, write SOPs, and create standard PC images.
- Mentor and support staff as needed, providing guidance and training.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely equipment repairs.
Requirements Knowledge/ Education - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Working knowledge of various PC software packages and operating systems required.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware components required.
Licenses/ Certifications - Relevant hardware or software certification preferred.
- Valid in-state driver's license required.
Experience - Three years related experience required to include experience in PC repair, trouble shooting and configuration and reading hardware diagrams.
Skills/ Abilities - Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to understand, follow, and give precise written and verbal instructions, and perform all activities safely.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts.

- Must have proficient computer skills.
