Ultrasound Technologist - 40 hours/week -

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you'll perform high-quality diagnostic studies, support patients throughout their procedures, and ensure accurate, timely reporting for clinicians.

Hiring Range: $46.00/hour to $62.00/hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and ensure patient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout the procedure.
• Follow established clinical protocols to deliver consistent, high-quality imaging.
• Identify patient concerns, risks, and abnormal results promptly and communicate with providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including sonographer notes and exam details.
• Collaborate with radiologists, patient services, and clinic leadership to support smooth workflow and timely exam interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, functionality, and supply inventory.
• Uphold quality standards, including daily checks and routine equipment care.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong clinical competency and technical proficiency with ultrasound equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support patients in high-stress situations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in urgent or emergent situations.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an ARDMS-accredited ultrasound program.
• ARDMS registration required, or registry-eligible with certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ultrasound experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in outpatient or hospital settings and familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus.

Pay Range:
$44.09 - $66.15
