Description:

Join the Orthopedics team as a full-time Ortho/Cast Technician covering Salmon Creek 2, 87th Ave, and Columbia Tech Center. Responsibilities include apply, adjust, and remove casts, assembles traction apparatus, and fit strappings and splints for orthopedic patients. Schedule is Monday through Friday, variable shifts - NO nights, NO weekends, NO call, Paid Holidays! Hiring range is between $23.40-$28.05 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. CNA and Healthcare Front Desk welcome to apply - will receive on the job training!

Requirements:
  • WA State Medical Assistant-Registered obtained within state required timeline and must be maintained in active status throughout employment.
  • Casting experience and two years orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Registered or certified as orthopedic tech preferred.
  • Working knowledge of body mechanics, muscular-skeletal anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination.
  • Electronic health record experience preferred; Epic experience strongly preferred


Pay Range:
$22.98 - $32.17

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
