Description:

Join the Vancouver Clinic, Ophthalmology team as a full-time Ophthalmic Assistant-Ancillary Testing
In this role you will prepare patients and instruments for exam (to include rooming, vitals, charting), screen patients, perform measurement tasks, assist with procedures, perform telephone triage and instructions, and monitor provider schedules. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7: 45a-4: 45p. Hiring range is between $21.18-26.50 and placement in the range is based on evaluation of experience.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain WA State MA-Registered credential within three months of hire date.
  • Experience and ability to properly operate diagnostic ophthalmic/optometric equipment preferred.
  • Healthcare, direct patient care experience strongly preferred.
  • Ophthalmic experience preferred.
  • EHR experience.Epic experience preferred.


Pay Range:
$20.76 - $29.06

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
