Lead Procedure RN. UROLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Hiring range is between
$43.85-$55.05 and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of experience.
Schedule is four, 10-hour shifts (7: 00a-5: 30p) with day off TBD
Responsible for: - Care based nursing to complete phone triage for routine, urgent and post-op visits
- Nurse visits for catheter changes, voiding trials, wound care
- Patient education
- Act as the first level, 'go to person, for the providers and staff regarding trouble shooting issues. Act as a mentor, role model and resource for coworkers.
- Supporting a culture of inclusion, autonomy and accountability.
- Supporting site-specific team members and provider daily needs to ensure optimal operative success.
- Supporting provider teams in rooming, scribing, and assisting as department need arises.
- Assisting with provider schedules, templates and coordinating staff coverage and timecards to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
It is expected that the Lead's daily work will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities and assist the department in achieving efficient work flow processes, high quality clinical outcomes, and exemplary patient experiences.
Requirements: - Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. ( Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure required )
- Minimum of 1 years of experience required.
- Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
- Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.
Pay Range:
$43.02 - $64.53
