Supplemental Health Care is hiring SNF, Occupational Health Occupational Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Battle Ground, Washington.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Washington
• American Heart Association BLSAt least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1, 864 - $2, 064 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
