Physical Therapist Assistant PTA

Pay 33 to 38 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to provide hands on care that helps patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Follow treatment plans and support patients through their therapy goals
• Document daily treatments and patient progress accurately
• Communicate patient updates with the therapy and nursing teams
• Assist with caregiver and family education for continued care
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Participate in care conferences and team collaboration

What we are looking for

• Active PTA license in the state and in good standing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with documentation systems such as PointClickCare or Casamba
• A positive, patient focused approach to care
