What you'll do
- Provide and oversee skilled nursing care for residents in post-acute and long-term care
- Assess residents, carry out care plans, and administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team
- Support and guide LPNs and CNAs on your shift
- Communicate with residents and families about care and progress
- Keep documentation accurate and timely in PointClickCare
What you'll need
- An active Washington RN license in good standing
- A commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
