Resident Care Manager - South Creek Post Acute

$40-$45 per hour | Full-Time

What We're Looking For

• A current RN or LPN license (required).
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings (bonus points if you've managed before).
• A natural communicator who can balance compassion with leadership.
