Pay: $29-$43 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy
• Observe residents' conditions and report/document changes appropriately
• Partner with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes
• Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Washington
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
