Compensation
- Pay range: $19-$28 per hour (based on experience)
- Evening shift differential: +$1 per hour
- NOC shift differential: +$2 per hour

What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
- Support resident mobility
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Accurately take and record vital signs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and team members
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (State of Washington)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
