We are looking for an experienced and self-starting Marketing Manager to create an instant impact, delivering meaningful campaigns and measurable business results. This role will lead the strategic direction of property advertising initiatives, manage ILS platforms, and cultivate critical strategic relationships across a complex stakeholder matrix. The Marketing Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to the team of Marketing Advisors and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives by delivering strategic direction for marketing activities. This position requires demonstrated success in marketing new development lease-ups, strong team leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution.
