Registered Nurse (RN) - Richland Post Acute

Richland, WA

Compensation & Incentives
  • Pay Range: $42 - $55 per hour (DOE)
  • Shift Differential: Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
  • Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes
  • Support staff development through guidance, training, and oversight
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain documentation per facility and regulatory requirements


Requirements
  • Current RN license in Washington and CPR certification
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term or post-acute care preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate resident care
